Bev’s painting titled “Let light shine out of the darkness” was inspired by my love of woodlands and the spiritual feeling of calmness and comfort that being in nature brings. Reducing stress and helping me to relax, feeling as if the trees are protecting me and my mental health. Using my imagination, I’m leaving the stress and bad thoughts in the darkness and following pathways into the light wondering what could be round the corner taking me to a beautiful safe place in life.
